Good for short trip

Nice modern design of white and gold. Comfy bed, complete toiletries. The floors are heated, which is great during the winter. Location is within walking distance to subway with shops n restaurants around. Staff help us with airport shuttle booking.

The shower/toilet doors are only tinted in the middle portion with clear glass at the top/bottom. No lock at the door, so water seepage during showers.

Comfortable and neat

It was comfortable a the staff were very kind and understandable. They catered to our needs and were kind throughout!

The location is a bit loud, good if you are looking for party tho. And the outside of the hotel sort screamed motel, until we got inside of course.

A good place to stay in

The bathroom. Although it has two shower heads but it will be better if it has a partition to separate it to have some privacy. Additional, the water will seep out from the bathroom causing outside to be wet

Overall enjoyed the promiximity of the hotel near the street foods and shops.

The location of the hotel in the heart of Seomyeon is great. The hotel is surrounded by Korean BBQ restaurant, shops and walking distance to street food, pharmacy, train stations, underground shopping and Lotte shopping! The reception staff were helpful especially the guy who checked us in on Tuesday, 5/12 and checked us out on Saturday, 9/12. Thank you for talking to the cab drivers.

Good location but was near night pubs - nighttime was very noisy even on week days. Appreciate the floor heating and electric blanket but there was no instructions on how to turn it off or turn it down as the television control were all in Korean. This resulting in the room being very warm and stuffy. The security of the hotel is quite unsafe as anyone can use/take the lift up to the rooms.

Good

Spacious room, good location close to station and bus stop, lots of restaurants nearby, close to Lotte mall, good price when we booked.

One of the staff members was not that friendly and quite rude one time when we asked about how the washing machine worked (it was all in Korean). The room while new is missing some features e.g. hooks to hang towels, clothes etc, they provide a kettle but don't provide cups/mugs.

The property is new and very clean. Facilities are up to date.

The location was slightly further than expected but the amenities around the hotel made up for it.

Modern Hotel in the bustling downtown of Busan

Large TV with Netflix available in room and comfortable bed The location was very convenient and central. Not far is a metro station that connects to lines 1 and 2 Check-in and checkout was fast and simple

Heating was a little high and couldn't be turned off

overall, we are very happy with the location, good laundry services & clean rooms for guests

location and laundry facilities are so good and considerate. staffs are very helpful even we were thinking of changing other room type. he's happy to show us before we decided eventually. toiletries & skin care packs are well looked after for guests, rooms are clean and tidy!

there's no glass ware to hold hot water especially no tea & coffee available inside the room, but you can ask from the reception. last but not least, the curtains are quite dirty because of the moisture of the room.

Great location and very stylish rooms.

Excellent location and nice functional rooms. The room was cleaned and the fridge restocked everyday. There are laundry machines on the 8th floor of the hotel, very convenient. Really liked the room decor.

My hall light was not working on arrival, but this was fixed the very next day by the staff.

Wonderful

The location was great. Also the rooms were big and had big comfortable large twin beds. The TV was massive. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

The aircon was not working properly. But luckily the temperature outside was cold so we didnt feel the need to cool the room.

short stay in downtown

room is very modern with huge tv, very clean, near shopping street and restaurants

there is no terrace on rooftop, it’s an actual suite room with terrace, there is a way to rooftop but it’s just empty space, during the night I heard singing sound from nearby karaoke club…

Great family getaway

The hotel space was perfect for our getaway. We loved the veranda with the pool.and the outside seating area. The area was super close to many restaurants, coffe shops and shopping.

The room didnt have a trash can, couch (inside) or a wall clock. The lack of privacy poses a challenge- even the huge bathtub was open to all. The worst part was the pool was not filled when we arrived and took about 6 hours to completely fill. The view over the balcony was ugly, and the guest below was vaping on his veranda and the smell filled our balcony.

It was good but a different experience from what I’m used to.

Good Central Location and friendly staff

Upon arrival I needed assistance on how the air/lighting/tv worked as it is quite different from what I’m used to in the states. The person who was sent to help me acted put out. Also my room was not cleaned daily.

Best if the cleaning staff did there work properly.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The location was very good its near transportation and tourist spots.

The cleaning staff are chaotic they never did anything as requested. They only do just one thing! If they cleaned the room then changing towels or replenishing toiletries are a no no you have to notify the reception . This is not the worst part yet which is the extremely rough towels and the dirty and not working properly washing & drying machines.
